Refund Policy
Call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Running late? Call ahead — private lessons can usually wait or condense the lesson; group lessons that miss the start time can switch to a private lesson at the next available slot for the price difference.
Changes requested within 5 hours of the start time carry a $35 change fee. No refunds for no-shows.
If ocean conditions are deemed hazardous, we'll do our best to reschedule — if that's not possible, you'll receive a full refund.
